Why not a regular PDF converter
It understands invoices. A PDF converter copies the layout. InkParse reads the meaning: which number is the net amount and which is the tax ID – on any layout, without templates.
It checks the numbers. Net + VAT = gross, tax ID and IBAN checksums, the Polish VAT white list, duplicates and missing data.
Scans and photos too. Text PDFs, scanned paper and phone photos end up in the same sheet.
Can I convert many invoices at once?
Yes. Add a whole batch – each invoice becomes its own row in one spreadsheet.
Does it work with invoices from different suppliers?
Yes. No templates are needed; layouts and languages can differ.
What does it cost?
You pay per page, from 19 zł for 50 pages, with no subscription. A new account gets 10 free pages.
Do you keep my invoices?
No. A file stays on the server only while it is processed, and the result at most 20 minutes in memory.
