One PDF, many invoices. One row each.

A combined PDF from your accounting system, a month of invoices scanned in one go, a batch from email: InkParse finds where each invoice starts and ends and reads every one of them separately.

How the split works

  1. Upload the combined file. A multi-page PDF or scan. Before you start you see how many pages it has.
  2. AI finds the invoices. Artificial intelligence recognises where one invoice ends and the next begins – also when an invoice has several pages.
  3. Each invoice is a row. You get one sheet with a separate row for every invoice found in the file, with the file name in its own column.

Example: zbiorczy_wrzesien.pdf – 6 pages, 4 invoices

Good to know

How many invoices can one file contain?

Many – the limit is the file size (10 MB) and your page balance. Every page counts once.

Does it work with scans of several paper invoices?

Yes. A scan of several documents is split the same way as a PDF.

Do I get each invoice as a separate PDF?

No. InkParse gives you the data of each invoice in a spreadsheet.

What does it cost?

One page of a PDF is one page from your balance. A new account gets 10 free pages.
