Invoice to Excel – invoices that become data

InkParse reads invoices and turns them into one checked spreadsheet: Excel (XLSX), CSV or JSON. No templates and no retyping.

How it works

  1. Add files. PDFs, scans, phone photos, Word, Excel, TXT or e-invoice XML (KSeF). One invoice, a whole batch, or one file with many invoices – a combined PDF is split into separate invoices automatically.
  2. Choose fields. About 30 fields: invoice number and dates, seller and buyer, tax IDs, net, VAT and gross amounts, bank account and more.
  3. AI reading. Artificial intelligence reads the chosen fields from every invoice.
  4. Checks. Net + VAT = gross, tax ID and IBAN checksums, the Polish VAT white list, duplicates and missing data.
  5. Download. One row per invoice, one column per field – a ready Excel, CSV or JSON file.
